Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation. Delivery time varies between 4–6 working days for ready products and 10-15 working days for custom orders.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (free delivery may apply to promotional offers).

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handmade and customized, we do not offer returns once a design has been approved and finalized.

However, we do accept exchanges or replacements in these cases:
