Custom Orders & Approvals

All our products are handmade and customized. Once a design is approved and finalized by the customer, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Payment Policy

• Orders require 100% advance payment for confirmation.
• We currently accept payments through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

Production & Delivery Time

Production time is 10–15 working days, depending on the order. Delivery time may vary by location and courier schedule.

Damage & Responsibility

TrendyHac ensures careful and secure packaging. However, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay during courier transit.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on the TrendyHac website and social media are property of TrendyHac and cannot be reused or copied without written permission.
